LVL UP have long been favourites of Gun Control. They know this. That our level of affection is destructive. They were supposed to play Levitation Fest in Vancouver, but dropped from the bill presumably because they could sense the gravitational depths of our LVL UP doodles in the margins of all of our notebooks. They signed to Sub Pop for this record, in nearby Seattle, and they’re going on tour all through the Western US, but no border hop Vancouver. Our love is too scary. And we know it’s not the secret killer of Canadian shows, minor legal infractions, because they’ve got a show in Montreal. It’s cool though, because at least they know. <3 GC
